These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PsiGuard platform, including the PsiGuard Console, Kairo AI Assistant, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by PsiCo, LLC ("PsiCo," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using PsiGuard, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
PsiGuard provides real-time AI monitoring and cognitive analysis for large language model outputs. The Services include a web-based monitoring console, APIs for programmatic integration, and consumer products built on the PsiGuard platform (e.g., Kairo AI Assistant).
PsiGuard is a monitoring and safety layer. We do not provide the underlying AI models. Your use of third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) is governed by those providers' respective terms of service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abusive purposes.
Free Plan: PsiGuard offers a free tier with limited monthly usage. Free accounts are subject to usage caps that may change at our discretion.
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us via our support form.
You agree not to:
PsiCo's monitoring technology, cognitive analysis framework, algorithms, metric systems, and associated intellectual property are proprietary and confidential. All rights are reserved by PsiCo, LLC.
You retain ownership of your conversation content and data. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the monitoring service.
PsiGuard is a monitoring tool designed to improve AI safety. It significantly reduces the risk of AI hallucinations and unreliable output, but it does not guarantee that all errors will be caught. AI models can produce incorrect information, and PsiGuard's assessments are probabilistic, not absolute.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions, especially in healthcare, legal, financial, or safety-critical applications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PsiCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from AI-generated content that was monitored by PsiGuard, whether or not such content was flagged as unreliable.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to PsiCo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PsiCo, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on AI-generated content.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PsiGuard may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
You may close your account at any time by visiting our support page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
