These terms govern your access to and use of PsiGuard, operated by PsiCo, LLC. Please read them carefully. By using the Service, you agree to them.

By accessing or using PsiGuard (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PsiGuard is a structural monitor for AI model output. It is currently offered as a beta service: it is under active development, may change or be interrupted, and may contain errors. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, and we do not guarantee any particular level of availability during the beta.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secret. Notify us promptly at admin@psiguard.net if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.
The Service, including the PsiGuard software, its underlying framework, models, methods, design, and all related intellectual property, is the exclusive property of PsiCo, LLC and is protected as our confidential and proprietary trade secret. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these terms. No other rights are granted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PsiCo, LLC.
You retain ownership of the prompts and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content as necessary to operate and provide the Service, including sending it to the AI model provider configured for your account to generate responses, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.
The API is provided under these terms and any documented limits. API keys are issued to your account; you are responsible for their use and for keeping them secret. We may apply rate limits, usage caps, and budgets, and may throttle or suspend usage that exceeds your plan or that we reasonably believe is abusive.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, AI model providers, hosting, payment, and email). Your use of the Service may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services. If you supply your own AI provider key, you are responsible for your account with that provider and for complying with its terms.
Some features require payment or a usage contribution. Paid plans and payments are handled through Stripe. You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees, which may be recurring. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
PsiGuard is a structural monitor, not a guarantee of correctness, safety, or truth. It assesses how a response holds together; it does not verify that any statement is true and does not guarantee that it will detect or prevent every problematic, harmful, or inaccurate output. You should not rely on the Service as your sole safeguard, and it is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PsiCo, LLC and its owners and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PsiCo, LLC and its owners and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable law provides otherwise. (Set this to the state where PsiCo, LLC is registered, and have counsel confirm.)
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide a more prominent notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
